To treat the mad dog patiently and experiment it by setting it free again might not be the right way of treating the problem . Sometimes when there is a rot you need to surgically seperate the limb,the practical treatment in case of gangrene. Gandhi would not have lasted before Aurangzeb ,even for 30 minutes.Gandhi became Gandhi because of the times,the situation prevailing and also the fact that he was facing a tribe which had some pangs of collective conscience. So to safeguard humanity ,you have to guard it,with deterrence. This indicates loss of humanity among the people and we cannot sit back and think this is some sort of a bad dream.....youngsters who are students have to act on this issue with proper ideals.
